Oregon Mattress is the premier mattress manufacturer supplying the Pacific Northwest for over 80 years.

Oregon Mattress Company has been a premier NW manufacturer of mattresses for over 80 years. In 2015 OMC was acquired by John Larsen with the mission of expanding the business through the Northwest. At Oregon Mattress, we care about the product from start to finish, including the impact our products have on the lives of the consumers. We understand that our customers will be spending a third of their day sleeping, we want to make sure you are comfortable and our products that enhance your sleep.

Oregon Mattress is committed to sustainability and creating products that consider the environment as well as the well being of our consumers.

Bamboo

Bamboo is one of the fastest growing plants on earth. It requires little irrigation, and no need for pesticides during the growth process. After being cut, bamboo can be regrown, and re- harvested. The ability for bamboo to be regrown decreases the instances of deforestation as well as supplies materials for products with less environmental impact.

Latex

Unlike synthetic latex, natural latex comes from trees. Natural Latex drips from the tree and is poured into a mold, then vacuumed sealed removing the air and distributing the liquid evenly. The latex is then flash frozen to stabilize the cell structure, and then reheated to form a “gel”. Lastly, the cooled latex is removed from the mold. This process is low in chemicals and does not produce off-gas.

Cotton

Cotton is a perfect natural fiber to use in sleep products; it is soft, absorbent and breathable. Cotton as a unique fiber structure that allows it to breath better and is more comfortable than oil-based synthetic fibers. Cotton has the ability to keep the body cool in the summer and warm in the winter, keeping you comfortable throughout all the seasons.

Pocketed Coils

Our state-of-the-art equipment that is able to produce our own pocketed coil mattress springs. By making our own springs we are able to ensure the quality you expect from Oregon Mattress.
